We experience continuous cycles of the electrochemical signals referred to as emotions. Despite the fact that feelings, moods, and emotions are commonly confounded, these three concepts are not the same. The American Psychological Association (APA) describes emotion as "a complicated reaction pattern incorporating sensory, behavioural, and physiological components." Emotions control how people react to important occasions or situations. A subjective experience, a physiological response, and a behavioural or expressive response are the three components of emotional experiences. To discover more about emotions and the various components that make them up, consult this PowerPoint.
