In short, Resorcio is an open bazaar where users share, sell, and buy resources in various digital and downloadable formats.

Joining Resorcio is free. You need to sign up using your email ID and will be prompted to enter the OTP, which is forwarded to your registered email ID. Signing up allows you to access all the resources shared on the site and also to download the free ones. Once you've registered, acquiring information becomes just the matter of a click!

Once registered you're entitled to 100 lumens (Resorcio's virtual currency) that can be used for purchasing resources. Once the free lumens are exhausted, additional lumens can be acquired on the basis of supportive or promoting behaviour, or bought. Upon purchase of a resource, the item will be moved to the "Purchased" section, which can be seen under your profile page. Click on the "View" button and download it from the resource page at any time, and as many times as you would like. To download premium content, you will have to subscribe from one of the given plans.

No. There are lots of free resources in Resorcio, which you can download using the free lumens credited to your account. Accessing premium content will require you to subscribe a suitable pack based on your requirements.

Your Resorcio profile page contains all details of your account with us: it keeps track of all your uploads and downloads. You can include a link to this page on a blog or secondary site if you want to direct people to your profile. This is a real bliss for Creators who wish to drive traffic to their resources.

An array of content in different languages like English, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu etc. are available and the users have complete freedom to choose among these and there is a continuous flow of content in various languages as time precedes.

A Creator is the individual who would upload the documents/PowerPoint or any content onto Resorcio.

Becoming a Resorcio creator is a 4-step simple process: Step 1: Click on “Become a Creator” and key in the information requested. Step 2: Submit KYC documents (Upload copy of Passport/Driving License/Aadhar Card) and provide educational details. Step 3: Upload your resource and wait for approval Step 4: Submit Bank account details (for revenue-sharing purposes) Voilà! You're a a proud Resorcio creator!

Resorcio supports all the popular resource file formats such as .ZIP, .RAR, .doc, .ppt, .pps, .xls, docx, .pptx, .ppsx, .xlsx, .pdf, .aa, .jpeg, .mp3 and .mp4

Any individual who is passionate about creating content is eligible to become a Creator.

Every content uploaded will get evaluated by the Resorcio Content Quality Control team (Resorcio CQC team). If the content or resource uploaded meets the quality standard of Resorcio only then the content will be published. Do note: Uploading of content doesn’t assure that it will be published. If the content is not published the creator would be intimated about the same in 7 business days.

Accepting a creator on our platform is subject to compliance of our Quality Policy. Our QC Team will go through your work and ensure its authenticity. The content should necessarily be free of plagiarism and should adhere to the basic aesthetic requirements. Once the QC team approves the content, it will be published on the site.

Violation of intellectual property rights and content infringement are treated very seriously at Resorcio. All the Creators of Resorcio have to follow our rules on IPR and CI and we insist that our Creators respect the intellectual property rights of others. As a Creator, you are allowed to upload only those resources that you’ve created yourself. You are also allowed to upload a resource if you have a right to use which has been obtained through a license or a written authorization from the Creator, or a resource that is available in public domain which has no IPR protection. You will be getting a detailed mail on this upon successful completion of your verification as a Creator.

Once you are approved as a Creator, you can start uploading resources to Resorcio. You are allowed to set your own prices based on the level you are in, can share the link of your page to others so as to generate sales, and explore other innovative ways to promote and market your resources. Leave all the headaches of order processing to us and enjoy chasing your passion - content creation. Your incentives as a Creator vary from 60% to 90% depending on the level you are in - higher the level better will be your revenue share.

A Creator will be allowed to publish a paid content only after meeting the standards set by the Resorcio Content Quality Control Team. A Creator would have to get a minimum of 10 resources published in order to qualify to get elevated to the paid status.

We pay out your share on a monthly basis to the account details you have submitted at the time of your joining with us. You can keep track of your sales and earnings from the periodical reports you receive.

• Any content uploaded should be plagiarism free and should strictly adhere to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). • Resorcio has shall not be held responsible or liable for any IPR violations by the Creator. • Creators shall not Involve in any activities that would come under purview of content infringement. o Use or modify to use any IPR-protected images o Create content using paraphrasing tools. o Develop content with the help of data extraction tools. o Upload any contents that are not 100% authentic.

Every time a resource is published the Creator move towards the next level and becomes eligible for a badge, which defines the expertise of the Creator and regularity of publishing content. As the number of published contents increases, the share of remuneration also gets increased.

Lumens are Resorcio's virtual currency. You may use these Lumens to purchase resources on Resorcio.

Lumens can either be earned or purchased. You will be getting a welcome credit of 100 free lumens upon registration. You can enhance your lumen collection by choosing to follow any or all positive behaviours prompted. Lumens can also be bought by making a payment.

Currently there are four packs available - Silver (150 Lumens), Gold (495 Lumens), Platinum (1080 Lumens) and Diamond (2340 Lumens). You can get the price details by clicking on the lumen sign next to the cart on home page.

As an introductory offer, validity of all lumen packs is extended for one year, and hence, will expire only after one year.

Resorcio accepts almost all popular payment modes, which include Credit/Debit Card payments, Net banking, UPI etc.

No, payments done are not refundable. However we will resolve any defects you have in purchases
