We all need some fun in the workplace, right? And so, it is important to understand the Fun Theory. According to the fun theory, novelty makes things interesting, and making something fun feels good. Something that is both novel and enjoyable becomes intrinsically rewarding, and we enjoy doing it. In 2009, Volkswagen introduced the path breaking Fun Theory campaign designed to inspire positive behaviour in a fun way. The ‘Fun Theory’ offers a creative way to study and understand human behaviour.
