As we all know every coin has two sides, implementing gamification in the recruitment process has some limitations. Even though gamification aims to engage the applicants it sometimes fails to achieve its actual goal. Mostly both the authorities and candidates lack the proper knowledge about the gamification process. Gamified assessments are constructed on predictive algorithms and they should be regularly monitored for accurate results. But, practically it is slightly difficult.
