L'Oreal created "Reveal the Game" to help applicants test their skills in developing a new product launch using a real-world scenario. Applicants can compete against one another and share their outcomes on social media. It's a great way for recruiters to assess actual performance and find the best candidates. Participants are encouraged to take part in the competition in the hopes of winning prizes or being chosen for the recruitment process. Every six months, there is a grand prize for the "Global Competition," such as a five-day trip to Paris, as well as a prize for each of their five professional areas: sales development, research and innovation, operations, marketing, and finance and controlling.
