The platform provided facilities such as a web-based cab booking site, mobile app, and call-based cab hire service. TMiles is a reward program that helps to improve the customer service and travel experience. The reward points collected can be redeemed to gain exclusive offers and exciting benefits. They also encourage customers to provide feedback on the cab services and share their experiences with others using the eMee social engine. Thus, it helps to strengthen the relationship with customers.
