The Home Shopping Network, HSN, a TV shopping channel, is a perfect example of corporate gamification that attracts customers and increases the productivity and economic stability of the firm. HSN is an e-commerce channel that implemented gamification by combining different products with various games, in July 2017. To surprise, it attracted 700,000 shoppers in a short period. The arcade includes the game app's 'spin to win' on the mobile which allowed users to spend more time and learn more about the brand’s environment.
