Every year there happens a number of festivals all around the world which is worth a visit atleast once in a lifetime. Let's look into some of them. The Carnival of Venice occurs forty days before Easter with people gets ready in beautiful costumes and masks enjoying music, dance, theatrical plays. Holi festival occurs in India and Nepal which is a religious and color throwing celebration. Rio carnival is in Brazil, with cultural celebration attended by people all around the World with samba dancing, float display, energetic music etc. Mud Festival tells us to get dirty and have some fun. La tomatina is a food festival with over ripe tomatoes being squashed and thrown all over. Burning man, Yi Peng or Lantern festival, Harbin ice and snow festival, St. Patrick's Day, Semana Santa etc are some among the other world famous festivals.
