One of the four districts of the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh, Kadapa District has its own niche spot in the pages of history. This land has given birth to some of the most famous Telugu literary personalities like Annamayya, Allasaani Peddanna, Vemana, Molla and Pothuluri Veera Brahmam among others. It is a reserve of several small yet breathtaking waterfalls. The Seshachalam forests provide home to a wide range of flora and fauna. Among the places to visit are the Veyyi Noothula Kona, a temple that once had 1000 wells around it, Brahmam Gari Matham, the place where Brahmam Garu sat and prophesised about the future events, the Telugu Ganga Project, Ontimitta, etc. The 2-part presentation covers these and some more interesting aspects about the Kadapa District like the famous Kadapa Slab industry, the prominent people that came from this place as well as the most famous cuisines of this land.
