If there is one thing that all successful people have in common, it is a strong work ethic. From Amazon's Jeff Bezos to Pepsico's Indra Nooyi to Apple's Tim Cook, they've all risen to the top after putting in a lot of effort. Work ethics refers to a set of moral principles or values that an employee adheres to and applies to their work. It includes an employee's attitude and behaviour toward their job, career, and workplace. We've known since childhood that good work ethics lead to success. But is this really true? What role does work ethic play in a person's productivity and success? Professionalism, integrity, respect for the work and fellow teammates, timeliness, and discipline are all important aspects of a strong work ethic.
