Ernakulam Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 20 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in Kerala state in southern India. It comprises 7 legislative assembly constituencies. Ernakulam Lok Sabha constituency is composed of the following assembly segments: Kalamaserry, para ver, Vypin, Kochi, Thrippunithara, Ernakulam, Thrikkakra. According to Election Commission, there are 12,09,44 registered voters in Ernakulam Constituency for the 2019 Lok Sabha Election. The constituency recorded a polling percentage of 72.02% of the total electorate. The winner of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections was Hibi Eden of the Indian National Congress who polled 4,92,263 votes which constituted 50.79% of the vote share which put the winning margin at 1,69,153 votes over the CPI(M) candidate, P Rajeev who came in second. As of 2021, P Rajeev is the incumbent MLA from Ernakulam.
