UGC NET HRM\ Labour Welfare consists of Paper-1( Teaching and Research Aptitude) and Paper 2 (HRM\ Labour Welfare\ Industrial Relations) NTA conducts UGC NET EXAM twice in the year, Exam is usually held in June and December every year. There will be no deductions for incorrect responses. Paper 1 will be the same for all subjects and will consist of questions related to UGC NET General Aptitude, which will be used to assess candidates' comprehension, general aptitude, and awareness. The second paper consists of objective-type questions about labour welfare, personnel management, industrial relations, labour and social welfare, and human resource management.
