Senior workers, supervisors, or special instructors designated by management to provide on-the-job training are typically the ones who deliver it. Existing employees of the company receive this training in order to prepare them for higher-level positions. The technical staff should renew their skills through short-term refresher training in order to keep up with the current job needs.
