Why do we need to advertise? The activity of attracting public attention to a product or business, as by paid announcements in the print, broadcast, or electronic media. Advertising is a means of communication with the users of a product or service. Advertisements are messages paid for by those who send them and are intended to inform or influence people who receive them. The ten common types of advertising are display ads, social media ads, newspapers and magazines, outdoor advertising, radio and podcasts, direct mail, video ads, product placement, event marketing, and email marketing. The most visible type of advertising is referred to as national or consumer advertising. Brand Advertising focuses on the development of long-term brand identity and image. Advertising has three primary objectives: to inform, to persuade, and to remind. Informative Advertising creates awareness of brands, products, services, and ideas. Print media is one of the most effective media types to know all kinds of information about the world or a country.
