Two is better than one. The adage goes like that. It is only normal that more numbers garner more attention. A trade union is thus a collection of the working class affiliated with a particular industry keen on protecting the rights and issues of the members. Even technological giants like Google have one, though not obvious as we see in India. These groups act as the intermediary between the employers and workers. They act on behalf of the workers and at the same time safeguards their interest. Well, too much of anything is no good. Trade unions can be at times discouraging to radical changes and risky investment procedures. They could also hold back the firm with unexpected strikes and walk-offs.
