C3, Cost C4, Channel: Marketing channels are required to move a product or service from the point of manufacture to the point of consumption. They can be made up of individuals, organisations, or activities. C5, Communication C6, Consumer: Consumers are needs, security, education, and wants, just like the cardinal directions N, S, E, and W. C7, Circumstances: uncontrollable external environmental factors that surround a company.
