Are you stressed? Take a step back and inhale. You are never given anything which you can’t handle. Care less and you will stress less. It is the inability to decide what is right and important. There are several models of stress management, each with distinctive explanations of mechanisms for controlling stress. One of them is breathing. Breathing has a lot to do in our life. It instantly gives a clear solution for our problems. Acute stress deals with the pressures of the near future or recent past. Women are able to take longer durations of stress than men. There are more techniques like communication programme, therapy and more flexible work schedule to manage the dilemma. Slow down, relax and talk about your problems. Listen closely to what you feel when you are stressed out. Go easy on yourself and eliminate the triggers. Stress is not something that happens to us, rather it is the response we give out. Inhale peace. Exhale stress out.
