Why do we resort to heating, charring and boiling our scrumptious meals? Well, it's not just the method to make our food advertising. Turns out that a spike in heat kills the undesirable and uninvited microorganisms that stick to our staples. Sterilization is the most effective and highly sought out method to annihilate these organisms. Be it liquid, solid or gaseous sterilization creates wonders. It gets rid of the toxic elements from our diet. Heating something to above 80 degrees delicious or boiling anything beyond 100 degrees Celsius does the trick. The predecessor and quite an effective one was steam. It is said that steam causes more injury than boiled water. Sterilization can take place through different methods. There is steam sterilization or autoclave, flash sterilization, hydrogen peroxide sterilization and so on. Be it heat, bet it chemicals the purpose they serve remains the same. The process varies at the utility of the consumers. This technique is used in all spheres of our life. Hospitals, buildings, houses and all other structural constructions deploy sterilization either in full or partial measures.
