Senior administrative assistants facilitate the operations of a company by preparing documents, relaying information, and ordering stationery. Senior administrative assistants may also serve as the faces of their companies during stakeholder engagement. Senior Administrative Assistant Requirements: • High school diploma. • Formal secretarial qualification is preferred. • Prior experience creating and maintaining sizable databases. • Demonstrable experience as a senior administrative assistant. • Familiarity with legislation and ethical considerations that govern the use of data. • Advanced computer literacy. • Appreciation for minutiae.
