They are obtained from Biosphere and it includes biotic and abiotic components like Flora, Fauna, Fisheries, Livestock, Human Beings, Rocks, and Metals etc. Resources have been used by human beings indiscriminately and created many problems such as depletion of resources for satisfying the greed of a few people which eventually lead to economic division of people i.e. rich and poor. It also created global ecological crises such as global warming, ozone layer depletion, environmental pollution etc. Resource planning is crucial for the sustainable existence of all forms of life. Sustainable Development is required. It can be defined as development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
