An organization can fill vacancies with their own employees or by hiring outside the organization. Reliable sources for fill vacancies are comprised of current and future employees ‘ friends and or family members. Employees can familiarize prospective applicants with a job advantage with the company, provide a letter of introduction, and encourage them to apply.
