Questions are used to explore the feelings, beliefs, opinions, ideas and attitudes of the person being questioned. Questioning skills are the ability to ask questions for accessing the students during the learning process. They are essential to good teaching and learning process. Questioning is about gaining more information and fundamental for successful communication. In group situations leaders often want to involve as many people as possible in the discussion or debate. Thus, the skill also develops leadership quality.
