Our constitution gives us many rights and responsibilities. The judicial system protects those rights at the same time it makes sure that we behave responsibly in this plural society. This system help us lead a peaceful life. Supreme Court is the Guardian of our Constitution and it's the highest authority. High court decisions can be questioned in the supreme court. If rights are violated, people can approach supreme court. The Supreme Court has the power to declare any law of the legislature or executive invalid. It can interfere in any dispute relating to people, government, companies or any other organisation.
