Poems provide us an opportunity to realise the culture and traditions of a specific area or community. It has the essence of love, hurt, tragedy, anger, rejection, happiness and good, like every other important literary works. They teaches us how to live and it helps us understand and appreciate the world around us. Our country India is famous for its unity in diversity. Art is a way of expressing thoughts and imaginations in an ungrammatical way. Art has always brought out its positive effects in society like connecting people, self worth, well being, economy and many more. The folk arts of a particular region gives the shared custom and traditions which are endemic to that group. Folk culture of India, including art forms like poems and dances, really evoke a sense of wonder. They perform the real indigenous culture of a society of a small community. Communities have an important role in shaping the culture of a society. In other words, culture depends on how people interact in a community.
