This presentation is all about Organization structure and Design. Any structure is always dependable on its base or foundation. Foundation and basic structure makes the building strong. Likewise, in an organization foundation and structure are very much inter-related. Organisational structure is mainly of two types, centralised and decentralised. In centralised structure, all the processes are dealt by the top management, that is successful implementation of decision is the responsibility of employees and managers. Decentralised structure is which, decision making process are delegated to supervisors or low level members for improved efficiency. Organization design is arranging the elements of a management based on hierarchical order which is different with different systems. This design can be rigid, vertically integrated, hierarchical or autocratic structures. For example, for a small business the design can be explained as head being the CEO with production, sales, service and administration be the blocks in the next level.
