Unemployment is the state of being incapable to find out work despite being willing to work. The unemployment rate is calculated between the ages of 15 and 60. A situation where an unemployed person does not have a meaningful or lucrative job despite having the desire and ability to work. There are many explanations for unemployment. Some economists say that a person who does not get an hour's work in half a day is unemployed. It arises when the number of jobs is much lower than the number of job seekers in the country. Unemployment among the educated is largely due to the discrepancy between the aspirations of the graduates and the available employment.
