Management is fundamentally concerned with thinking and utilizing human, material and financial resources in such a manner that would result in best combination. The main objective of management is to secure maximum outputs with minimum efforts and resources. Problems and challenges are part of management of an organization. It is essential to understand the types of management problem you are solving as each type provides different insights and solutions to solve them. There are basically three types of management problems. They are tame problems, wicked problems and critical problems. The management problems can be critical, complex, flexible, complicated.
