How many of you have signed a contract or been part of one? How many of you have witnessed a second individual signing a contract or be a part of one? The general law of contract is interpreted on the basis of the conception perceived by the party through an agreement created backed by legal rights, regulations and obligations. The obligations are then the ones that are personal and native to only the said agreement. The agreement is only enforceable by the party in default. There are certain elements of a contract that has to be followed and looked into before creating one. It is a responsibility to be taken deeply seriously when you are creating one as well as when you are a part of the receiving party.
