The Judiciary is a system of courts which explain and apply the law. The role of the courts is to decide cases by determining the relevant facts and the relevant law and applying them. The Indian Judiciary administers has a common law system in which customs, securities and legislation, all codify the law of the land. The relation between judiciary and constitution is that constitution empower judiciary to act as the guardian of the law. The judicial system of India is mainly consisting of three types of courts- the supreme court, the high courts and the subordinate courts. The expression judicial service means a service consisting exclusively of persons intended to fill the post like a district judge. The judicial branch decides the constitutionality of federal laws and resolves other disputes about federal laws. However, judges depend on our government's executive branch to enforce court decisions. Courts decide what really happened and what should be done about it. The Indian judicial system is a single integrated system. The judicial branch can interpret the laws but cannot enforce them.
