The financial ratios known as investing/investor ratios are those that investors use to assess a company's capacity to provide a return on their investment. In general, investors are primarily interested in learning which business would be a suitable fit for their risk and return preferences. As a result, investing ratios can develop into a tool that shows the company's health and its capacity to compensate investors for the risks associated with their investments with a return. The investors' willingness to spend increases as the ratio rises. To learn more about the subject of investing ratios, download this PPT.
