The internet is a vast network of networks that spans the entire globe. It has changed the way we communicate. Data is transferred from computer to computer and from network to network, using packet- switching technology and a suite of internet protocols called TCP/IP. Internet technologies means technologies using one or more computer networks that utilizes TCP/IP, IP or other architecture or that uses computer terminals, terminal servers, routers, multicasting technology or other data processing or transmission device, whether via cable, wire, wireless or other technology regardless of the end user’s viewing device. It is a technical field that covers the necessary skills to develop applications on the internet or internet based systems. The presentation will further in-depth knowledge on the topic.
