Subject studies the patterns of trade, their impact on globalization, with accompaniment of FDI, gains from trade, the balance of payments and relationship between different countries. Trade between countries, enhances economic growth and it examines the policies, effects of regionalism and effect of multitrade negotiations under the WTO (World Trade Organization). Finance evaluates the implications of exchange rates and appropriate role of international institutions namely International Monetary Fund (IMF). Monetary economics and macroeconomics study money flows and effects on economy. The International political economy studies issues of international conflicts and sanctions.
