Born in Hope, Arkansas, on the 19th of August 1946, William Jefferson Clinton, or Bill Clinton, is an attorney and American politician who served as the 42nd President of the United States, the year 1993 to 2001. As a kid, he attended Georgetown University and received the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship to study at University College in Oxford although he graduated from Yale Law School. It was at Yale that he met his now-wife, Hillary Rodham or Hillary Clinton. Upon his return to Arkansas, he stood and won as state attorney general after which he was appointed as the Governor where he served the office for two years in a row. In 1992, he won the Presidential election against the Republican President, George Bush. Serving the office at just 46 years of age, he soon became the third-youngest President of the United States.
