Movement is defined as a change in the position of a body part in relation to the entire body. It is one of the most important characteristics of all living things. Movement includes blinking of the eyes, breathing, and eating. As a result, we can say that every second, some or all of our bodies move in some way. Human body movements become more refined as we age. The movement begins with crawling and progresses to walking, which leads to the movement of the entire organism. These movements are made possible by joints. Joints are points in our bodies where two or more skeleton parts connect. View this PPT for more information.
