The Reddy Rajulu had ruled over parts of coastal Andhra Pradesh between 1324 and 1425. Their capital was at Kondaveedu at Guntur District. The Kondavedu Fort was built by these kings. The famous poet, Errapragada was one of the 'asthana kavi' at Prolayya Vemareddy's court. This presentation gives you a brief glimpse of the history of this great dynasty, the political and social conditions during their time, as well as the economic policies, the taxation systems, and temples, forts and irrigation projects these rulers took up. Also in here is a mention of the Kakatiyas, and the Tughlaqs and their connection to the Reddy Rajulu.
