We should be grateful to God for gifting us with a sound body and intellect. The state of being healthy refers to both one's bodily and mental well-being. Maintaining good health is a must for living a fulfilled life. A healthy lifestyle includes a well-balanced diet, regular physical activity, excellent cleanliness, rest, and relaxation. People who are in better health have higher levels of self-confidence, are more outgoing, and engage in more physical activity. An optimistic outlook on life is characteristic of those who are in good health. We live in a world that moves at breakneck speed. The Internet has significantly reduced the world, and individuals are now linked 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As we try to meet our duties for everyone in our lives, multitasking is the rule of the day. We frequently forget to take care of ourselves in the midst of the battle. The stress levels continue to rise until a big breakdown occurs, causing us to realise that in all of our frantic activity, we have neglected to take care of one crucial aspect of our lives: our health. We are compelled to remember that ‘Health is Wealth' as we spend days commuting between hospital and home, putting our bodies through one test after another to figure out what is wrong.
