The ability to do any work is the explanation of energy. It can neither be created nor be destroyed but can be converted from one form to another. Many forms of energy include like heat, kinetic, light, electrical etc. Sources of energy can be classified as renewable and nonrenewable sources. Renewable sources of energy can be renewed or reused. Examples are solar, hydro, wind, tidal, biomass and geothermal. These contribute to more than 25 percent of electricity today but converting one form to another. Solar energy is abundantly and freely available energy source. Wind farms are used for converting wind energy to electrical form. Hydro energy is also electricity forming renewable source. Tidal energy is unpredictable, because tides can be low at times.
