Christmas can’t ever be mentioned with this particular Carol song that has been sung for centuries now. José Feliciano, a Puerto Rican singer-songwriter, wrote the Christmas Carol song "Feliz Navidad" in 1970. It has become a classic Christmas Carol song in the United States, throughout the Spanish-speaking world, and internationally, with its simple Spanish chorus and equally simple English verse "I want to wish you a Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart." Feliciano's rendition of "Feliz Navidad" is one of the most popular Christmas Carol songs in the United States and Canada. Producer Rick Jarrard came up with the idea to add the horns as a finishing touch. It was also named one of the top 25 most played and recorded Christmas songs in the world by ASCAP.
