Both entrepreneurs and managers are people with different set of skills but still they need to work hand in hand for the success of a company. The vision of an entrepreneur can be made into reality by transferring the spirit of his vision to the employees of an organization. If entrepreneur is the owner of an organization, a manager is the employee of the organization. An entrepreneur is a person who creates something new and assumes the risks and rewards associated with that innovation. Meanwhile, a manager is a person responsible for supervising, directing and motivating the employees for the progress of an organization. The presentation gives better understanding on the topic.
