Emerging Concepts in Management

Presentations | English

In the modern era, there are several notions and management principles in use. Management is dynamic, and it has been updated over time. These theories apply not just to organizations but also to day-to-day actions. Workers in organizations come from a variety of backgrounds. They represent many sexes, ages, religions, cultures, and physical attributes, among other things. The labor force is diverse because of the variety. In today's world, the most important thing for a company to do is to hire diverse employees. Management faces a significant problem in terms of workforce diversity. In general, there are two forms of workplace diversity in an organization: basic diversity and complicated diversity. Knowledge management is a process that assists companies in identifying, selecting, organizing, disseminating, and transferring essential knowledge and skills that are part of the organizational memory, which is generally stored in an unstructured fashion inside an organization. This makes problem solving, learning, strategic planning, and decision making more effective and efficient.
