This only leads them to one of the most common and most effective methods of attaining stability- music. Listening to music can instantly elevate one’s mood, relieving anxiety and depression. Listening to one’s favourite music has been proven to release the feel-good chemicals called dopamine that can keep the blues at bay. It can also help memory and build one’s productivity. Playing instruments and singing, can help with concentration and can improve cognitive and motor skills. Music Therapy is used to help people with psychological issues and music that remind one of particular memories can trigger strong and constructive emotions."
