Disciplinary Action

Disciplinary action is a corrective action taken by the concerned authorities in response to employee misconduct, rule violation, or poor performance. Depending on the severity of the case, disciplinary action can take different forms, such as a verbal warning, a non-verbal warning, and a performance evaluation. Even after adopting these measures if the employee is not improving his behavior, the authorities can terminate the employee. Disciplinary actions are taken when an individual becomes a threat to the coworkers or usage of bad words at the site, theft, undisciplined behaviour, discrimination based on sex, gender, and color, and sexual harassment complaints.
