The quality helps increase engagement and presents scope for better collaboration for, and within the organisation. Curiosity helps the company in improving the company’s performance and also help the organisation adapt and adjust to uncertain market-wise circumstances and external pressure. In an individual, the quality of curiosity makes them ask questions and find more questions as they keep getting their answers. This avoids a lot of space for any more error, thus again, significantly enhancing the company’s performance rate.
