Conflict management is the rightful employment of actions and words used to handle conflicts and organisational disagreements in the most subtle and sensitive manner. They are amongst the most natural happenings that arise within companies, organisations and any organisational entity. Although they are common and occur in every team at one point or the other, the important aspect of it all is to sensibly handle it in such a way that no moral, psychological, ethical or business harm is caused.
