How can we effectively use the techniques of Computer Graphics? Computer graphics is a sub-field of computer science that studies methods for digitally synthesizing and manipulating visual content. Although the term often refers to the study of three-dimensional computer graphics, it also encompasses two-dimensional graphics and image processing. There are two kinds of computer graphics: raster (composed of pixels) and vector (composed of paths). Computer graphics also are essential to scientific visualization, a discipline that uses images colors to model complex phenomena such as air currents and electric fields, and to computer-aided engineering and design, in which objects are drawn and analysed in computer programs. The seven basic elements of graphic design are line, shape, colour, texture, type, space, and image. Graphics are visual elements often used to point readers and viewers to particular information. They are also used to supplement text to aid readers in their understanding of a particular concept or make the concept more clear or interesting.
