Communication is one of the most predominant aspects of life. Even when it is within a small group of individuals, the lack of communication creates all kinds of issues, ranging from misunderstandings to wrongful assumptions. If that is the case with a group of 5 to 6 people, one can understand without saying any further about the importance of communication within an entire organisation, where hundreds and thousands of people make a large team.
