"It is an accepted fact that we get tired after a good, long and sound sleep. The whole point of getting some sleep was to feel fresh but this is what we end up with. If in case we do have the time, some more sleep would be squeezed into the schedule only to wake up tired again. Why is this happening? Have you wondered if it happens to everyone or is it just that you are terribly lazy? ‘Would that explain why I am lazy all time’? Probably not. Being lazy has nothing to do with feeling tired and worn out after a good sleep. Blaming your biological clock is the only explanation. An individual’s biological clock is their natural timing device.
