For everybody who has learnt advanced chemistry, organic chemistry might have been tricky enough. What about inorganic chemistry? The term 'organic' refers to substances and compounds that contain carbon atoms. Inorganic chemistry is the study of compounds that does not consist of carbon-hydrogen atoms and bonding. It makes up a generous portion of the study of chemistry. Many technologically important compounds and elements such as nickel, copper and titanium are examples of inorganic elements. The earth is home to more than about half a million different types of inorganic materials. This branch of study aims to analyse these inorganic elements, their features, structures, determining factors, limitations, availability and other aspects of the same. The PPT will now help you get a clearer understanding of the subject.
