"I truly think that Human Resources is at the core of any organisation. It, like any other role, has its own set of advantages and disadvantages. However, depending on what you want to achieve as an HR, the demerits may be transformed into positives. As an HR professional, you will meet, engage with, and connect with a wide range of individuals, giving you a unique perspective on life. You learn a lot, and some of it may surprise you. You have a higher level of empathy, which is a key quality of a successful HR. HR encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. You don't have to limit yourself to only recruiting; you may also work in other areas such as training. Managers will point the finger at HR, and employees will point the finger at HR. As a result, they are frequently used as scapegoats. On the other hand, many HR departments are not involved in important decision-making processes. Their viewpoints are frequently dismissed. As a result, you may feel helpless at times. You are just need to carry out the orders of the management."
