The thought and concept of management was the idea of Henry Fayol. He is known as the father of Modern Management Theory. Henry had 14 Principles introduced to support his concept. They are: Division of work, which is to distribute the work among the workers so that quality, productivity, efficiency and accuracy can be increased. Authority and Responsibility, which are the two important factors. Discipline, which proves timing is a key aspect. Unity of Command, which explains the relevance of a boss. Unity of Direction, which is the same goal for every worker. Subordination of individual interest, Remuneration, Centralization, Scalar chain, Order, Equity, Stability, initiative and finally Esprit de Corps are the remaining principles.
